[Gabe doesn't have a whole lot to do today. He's been at the garage working most of the day, but he was able to wrap things up and get out of there for a little while. He's been told that it's good for him to do, get out from under the cars and get some fresh air now and again.

So he's doing that. He's sitting outside at a coffee shop, lets stretched out in front of him, coffee on the table (black, the only way he likes it) and cigarette in his hand. He's watching the world pass him by, but mostly watching the cars pass him by. He likes watching each car and thinking up an immediate fact about the make and model, or diagnosing a problem in his head just by the sounds the car is making.

This is his way of relaxing. It's not very normal, but it's his thing.

Chances are he's waiting for his sister to get out of class. Or he's waiting to meet you. Or he doesn't know you at all, and that's about to change. Either way, he's here.]

[It's alright. He'll wave her off and let her keep it, then light up another one. He doesn't mind. He's probably even used to it.

He does offer her a bit of a dopey smile as she settles in though.]

[She doesn't do it all the time. In fact, she rarely does it to anyone who isn't him. It's just a thing, she sees him looking all content with that cigarette and she can't help it. She's not even too fond of smoking to begin with.

She3 grins back, leaning back in her chair and taking a sip from her coffee. She looks content, happy to be outside and happy to be around family.]

Well, you did it to me. Out of anyone I thought I'd run into here, I definitely wasn't expecting you. Not much work in lately or are you taking a break?>

[He can't help but smile more at her. He likes seeing his family happy and out and it just makes him happier.]

Who were you expecting?

[and a shrug]

I told Abby I'd meet her after class.

[and he does everything he tells Abby he will do. He never ever lets his sister down.]

Well, Abby for one. [She shrugs.] besides her, I don't know. You never know who you'll run into arou8nd here.really.

[She wasn't planning to meet Abby here exactly but she knows that Abby does tend to come here after class and she thought she would drop in and say hi on her way to pick up supplies for some new work she's doing.

[He just gives her an adorable grin. he tends to get more boyish and playful just around family] Like me? Kinda made your day, didn't it?

[He laughs and drinks from his cup, shifting in his seat some.]

She'll probably be along before too long if you want to wait.

Like you. [She giggles and reaches out, ruffling his hair a little.] Not that I'mn complaining.

[Considering for a moment, she shrugs.] Sure, okay. I'm not in a rush and I was just gonna see if she, well you guys really, wanted to come over for dinner. I'm making pizza.

[His brows go up in delight a bit. Food? Gabe likes food. Especially when he doesn't have to cook it.]

[he tips back the last of his coffee and makes a bit of a face.] Make my own? Hey, I'd never make Abby do that.

[She grins] Maybe you'll have to find out. Maybe not.

[Laughing, she takes up her coffee as well.] You totally would and we both know it. Don't even try and deny it.

[She grins quite proudly] That's what I thought. I knew I was.

[Finishing off her coffee, she looks to him.] I'm getting another one, do you want anything?

[He looks into his coffee cup and glances up with a dimpled smile] More coffee?

You got it! [She wanders inside, coming back a few minutes olater with more coffee for the both of them, leaveing his right in front of him.
